Modderman Breakfast Cake

Traditional Netherlands breakfast spiced cake, made with rye flour, spices (contains cinnamon), caramelized sugar.

Usually buttered and served with tea or coffee. Can be served on it's own or covered with butter or cream.

Eat it for breakfast, or a great snack in between meals.
